TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Platters and grazing tables require a 20 % deposit to secure the booking. The balance will need to be paid in full 48 hours prior to your event.

Picnic boxes are to be paid in full at time of order. We will send you an invoice.

If the platter or grazing table is cancelled more than 7 days prior to your event, your 20% deposit will be refunded.

If you platter or grazing table is cancelled within 7 days of your event, the 20% deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

If the platter or grazing table is cancelled within 48 hour of the event date, the full amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.

There is no delivery or set up fee on platters or grazing tables, however if your event address is more than 15kms from Gourmet Grazings kitchen (Fulham Gardens) this will require a $30 delivery fee.

Picnic boxes require an $8 delivery fee. If the delivery address is more than 15kms from Gourmet Grazings kitchen there will be an additional $8 fee ($16).

On completion of the set up of your Platter or grazing tables we will give you an inventory list to sign.  Any breakage or missing items will be charged accordingly. You will be send an invoice.

By Paying the 20% deposit on platters and grazing table, And the full amount on picnic boxes you are agreeing to the Terms and conditions of Gourmet Grazing Tables and Platters.
