HOW LONG DOES THE SET UP TAKE?

Platters and Grazing tables will vary dependant on their size, once we have discussed your requirements, we will be able to give you are more specific time guide.

Most platters require approximately 45 mins and grazing tables approximately 1-1.5 hour.

DO I NEED TO SUPPLY ANYTHING?

We will supply everything you need to make your platter or Grazing table the talk of your event. Including all boards, platters, dip spoons, cheese knifes and greenery and or flowers.

If there is anything of your own you would like to ad or something special you would like us do do, this is no problem at all! Please have any of your own items ready when we arrive.

If you require a tressle table this will be an added cost at $40. If you think your guest will prefer plates and cutlery you will need to supply these. Alternately we can provide disposable items at an extra cost.

HOW DO I ORDER A PICNIC BOX TO BE DELIVERED?

Either give us a call to book in a picnic box delivery, or use the contact us form to let us know what picnic box you would like, when and where you would like the picnic box delivered to.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO CONSUME MY PICNIC BOX

Your picnic box will be prepared fresh on the morning of the required delivery. Your Picnic box will be chilled on delivery, giving you up to 4 hours consume. Otherwise refrigerator and consume within 12 hours.

DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

Platters and Grazing tables require a 20 % deposit to secure your booking. The balance will need to be paid in full 48 hours prior to your event.

Picnic boxes are to be paid in full at time of order. We will send you an invoice.

If the platter or grazing table is cancelled more than 7 days prior to your event, your 20% deposit will be refunded.

If you platter or grazing table is cancelled within 7 days of your event, the 20% deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

If the platter or grazing table is cancelled within 48 hour of the event date, the full amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.

WHO DOES THE CLEANING?

We do! Simply enjoy your event.

We will work out a time to come back (normally the day after for afternoon / evening events) and pack up the whole lot, including all the remaining food!

CAN YOU MEET OUR DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?

Always! Simply let us know any dietary requirements, or dislike. At the same time, Have a favourite cheese, or want to see something in particular on your platter/grazing table, let us know!

WHAT IF WE ACCIDENTALLY BREAK SOMETHING?

On completion of the set up, we will give you an inventory list to sign. Any breakage or missing items will be charged accordingly.
